This policy explains what information the Escapo: Jelly Hop Android game ("the App", "we") collects, why, and the choices you have. The App is published by Quick Flash. If you have questions, contact us at flashdev95@gmail.com.
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or location, and you do not need an account to play.
Your game progress (levels cleared, coins, boosters, skins, hats and settings) is saved locally on your device. We do not upload it to our servers.
If you allow notifications, the App shows at most one reminder a day, and only on days you haven't played. The reminder is created on your device from your local progress; no data is sent to do this. You can turn it off in Settings → Daily reminder or in Android's notification settings.
We do not sell your personal information.
The App uses the following services. Each may collect information as described in its own privacy policy.
| Service | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Advertising | Link |
| Google User Messaging Platform | Consent for ads | Link |
| Firebase Analytics | Usage analytics | Link |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Crash reports | Link |
| Firebase Remote Config | Game and ad settings | Link |
| AppLovin | Advertising (mediation) | Link |
| Meta Audience Network | Advertising (mediation) | Link |
| Unity Ads and ironSource (Unity) | Advertising (mediation) | Link |
| Liftoff (Vungle) | Advertising (mediation) | Link |
The App is free and supported by ads. Ads appear between levels after a win, and you can choose to watch rewarded ads for in-game bonuses. Ad content is limited to a general-audience rating.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Ads in the App are restricted to general-audience content. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, contact us at flashdev95@gmail.com and we will help delete it.
Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Analytics and crash data are kept by Firebase according to Google's retention settings (by default up to 14 months for analytics event data and 90 days for crash reports). Ad partners keep data according to their own policies.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of personalized advertising. To make a request, email flashdev95@gmail.com. Because we do not ask for your identity, we may need your device's app-instance or Advertising ID to locate data held by our service providers.
The quickest way to delete everything stored by the App on your device is to uninstall it or clear its data in Android settings.
Data sent to our service providers is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reputable providers and collect as little as we need.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be noted in the App's store listing.
